I am generally very happy with AB. The handling of the deposit at the end was a bit confusing as I had been charged for something that I would have considered normal use after 11 months (though the deposit deduction was still fair overall). I had not received a replacement for a (quite old) fan which broke during my stay. This was a bit annoying as the apartment was extremely humid being on the lower level. This seems to be a common problem close to the sea in Barcelona I was told. The AB Team is very friendly and reacts very fast to any inquiry.

Excelente estadía. Muy buena localización y el departamento súper limpio. Volveremos!!!! Detalles para mejorar: el baño perdía agua por la mampara y el colchón podría ser mas cómodo.
