Good level of communication and information shared. Only slight bit of feedback was that we found finding the apartment within the building quite confusing, maybe it was in the translation or our interpretation but we didn't find it obvious which floor to go to.

The location is simply unbeatable. So much of what we wanted to see was within walking distance. On top of that, having the metro, buses, cozy cafes, and fantastic local spots right at your doorstep makes getting around the city completely effortless. Highly recommend.

Regarding noise complaints it was horrible. While we were just 5 people talking in the evening we were called and texted that we were loud (there was no music, no dancing, only 5 people talking!!!). It happened two times. Meanwhile in the night there were people shouting and presumably getting in a fight and hitting things in the hallway, which sounded horrible and woke up everyone. And we were getting scolded for talking!
