Description

This spacious three bedroom apartment is located right next to Park Güell, one of Barcelona´s biggest attractions. The neighbourhood in which you’ll find this lovely apartment is more quiet than the very city centre, while remaining close enough to it so you reach all the main sights easily. In this area you will also find plenty of supermarkets for your convenience, as well as cafés, bars and restaurants. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city via public transport.

This apartment has single beds distributed throughout the three bedrooms (two of the rooms have bunk beds). There is also a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you´ll need to make your favourite meals, or even to try out some Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The stylish living area has direct access to the balcony where you can dine ´al fresco´.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy.

There are many modern conveniences in this apartment too, such as a TV and an internet connection, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends back home. There is also a second TV in the ensuite bedroom.

The apartment includes a parking space (vehicle information will be required to manage access). Please note that the entrance to the parking garage is quite tight, so only vehicles under the following size are permitted: 4.30m x 2.40m x 2.18m.

Important: The apartment is located approximately 35-45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more secluded environment with good connectivity.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d´Horta in this district, which is Barcelona´s oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.
