This two-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, is located in the city centre. With space for up to four people, the apartment is a good choice for couples, groups or small families looking for a longer stay in Barcelona.

The living room is modern and trendy in design, with honest features and a clutter-free space to relax. The living room is furnished with a TV, as well as a large comfy sofa. There is also a dining table. The living area is brightly lit by the large windows where you can admire views outside. The apartment also has access to a lovely 80m2 community terrace!

The kitchen is attached to the living area and is furnished white and modern alike the rest of the apartment. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own home-cooked meal.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has a single bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with plenty wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are furnished with an industrial style, giving them a vintage appearance.

The apartment has one bathroom, equipped with a shower and decorated with colourful tiles. The property is also equipped with both air conditioning and central heating to make it as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is based near to the Las Ramblas, one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. The apartment itself is located in the middle of a plethora of restaurants and bars. The incredible Plaza de Cataluyna, one of the most central areas in Barcelona, is only a 14 minute walk away. The apartment is also located right next to the Sant Antoni metro station, meaning you have constant access to the rest of Barcelona city.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

El Raval is one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Barcelona. As the focus of the recent city renewal program in Barcelona, El Raval is quickly becoming the place to be for the latest trends, hippest art scene, and chicest nightlife, and has seen an influx of new residents due to its wide variety of leisure facilities.

Strolling down the famous Las Ramblas, which separates El Raval from the Gothic Quarter, you will discover some of Barcelona´s biggest attractions such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the living statues and the Christopher Columbus Monument.

The Raval neighbourhood is one of the city´s main artistic areas and is home to the Barcelona Contemporary Art Museum (MACBA) and the Centre of Contemporary Culture in Barcelona (CCCB), located in the Plaça dels Àngels.
