Far from the city center but close to a metro station. The heating wasn't working and we were cold all the time, the water was actually cold and I don't know why because we follow the instructions of the heater and everything seemed just fine. As we were cold I tried to grab another blanket but it was dirty with stains on it. We found some insects in the apartment, we sent an email about it. The cleaning lady arrived half an hour before check out and stared at us while we were finishing packing (no pressure at all I guess). Also, when we arrived we waited outside while it was raining for half an hour because our key didn't work but the lady from customer service was very helpful. I don't know if I didn't check well but I would appreciate having an hint on the stove because I didn't know there was an induction cooker and I had brought my own coffee maker (which I couldn't use). I hope my comments would help improve your structure, the price was actually amazing compared to other places. Best of luck, Sara

Good experience but I wish some of our problems like hot water were fixed prior to our stay.

Very negative. We had a plumbing problem and then the day before we left we were gone all day touring and got back at 1800 and our key didn't work. We called and they were going to send someone with a key card in 10 minutes, no one ever showed up. We got into the building from another tenant. I had to keep restarting my phone before the digital key would work.
