AB’s reservation system is seamless and very helpful. AB staff is very courteous, accommodating, and responsive to calls and correspondence. But AB’s customer service during our stay failed to assist in resolving the aforementioned reported issues.

The apartment was in a great location. Overall, we had a great stay for one day. The only thing that some parts of the floor had some kind of stains. Otherwise, everything was clean!

AB Aparment Barcelona is really easy to contact and proposes a lot of help and input for tourists. We had to call once at the beginning of our stay and they were really nice and helpful.

I would use them again if I stop in Barcelona.
