This three bedroom apartment has space for up to 4 people and is found a minute away from the historic building of El Monumental. Other than having fantastic location, this apartment consists of three bedrooms and has a spacious layout. Here, you and your guests will be able to live comfortably and make the most of all of its amenities, such as WiFi, heating and air conditioning.

The living diner is a nice size and has a TV, sofa and dining table, with enough seating around the table for you and your guests to come together at meal times. This bright room, is well decorated and offers a feature wall which is present in the bedrooms as well, something that underlines the consistent and detailed decoration that has gone into this refurbished apartment.

With a fully equipped kitchen, you can try make some traditional Spanish dishes for you and your guests. Here, you will also find a long kitchen unit with a marbled worktop. This space is very clean and with lots of natural light. Among other utensils, you will have a microwave, kettle and toaster at your disposal for making breakfast before a day of sightseeing.

Having a master bedroom, that consists of a double bed, gives two guests a lovely bedroom. This room is decorated with the same grey feature wall and has bright and contemporary furniture and features- such as the bedspread and bedside tables. There is also plenty of storage space to place your belongings. The other bedrooms consists of two individual beds in a good-sized room, with the same décor and artistic canvases that are found in the master bedroom. The two bathrooms are also recent and offer a walk in shower among other commodities.

The shared roof terrace has breath-taking views of the whole city and towards the beach. IMPORTANT: The rooftop terrace will only be open to guests from April to October (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00, with sun loungers available). We kindly ask you to respect this communal area and keep it tidy.

Located in Eixample, you are a walking distance from some of the city´s most famous sights. You are only a 9 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia which is, arguably, the most famous attraction of the city. Also, you are only a 14 minute walk from the Arc de Triomf, making the apartment in the perfect place for anyone interested in historic architecture. As for fresh food and drink, the Mercat Fira de Bellcaire is just a 9 minute walk away where you can get amazing and local food and drink.
