This lovely studio apartment in Barcelona can accommodate up to two people. Located in Barceloneta, you can enjoy easy access to the beach as well as the city centre.

This clean, open living space has been decorated with a mix of contemporary and traditional architecture, while the authenticity can best be seen in the ceiling beams and brick walls which give the apartment a spacious feel. The apartment has been furnished with a dining table and a TV, where you can kick back and relax after a long day.

The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of the necessary utensils and appliances needed to create your own home-cooked meals, which you can choose to enjoy on the communal terrace, while overlooking the Mediterranean.

The space has two-single beds (which can easily be made into a double), while a bathroom with a walk-shower can be found adjacent to the kitchen.

This attic apartment with beautiful sea views has both heaters and air-conditioning, making it a comfortable living space all year round.

Please note: This apartment is on floor 5 of the building, which is actually the 7th floor due to the typical Barcelona building layout. The building has no elevator.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
