This two-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, is located in the city centre. With space for up to four people, the apartment is a good choice for couples, groups or small families looking for a longer stay in Barcelona.

The living room is modern and trendy in design, with honest features and a clutter-free space to relax. The living room is furnished with a TV, as well as a large comfy sofa. There is also a dining table. The living area is brightly lit by the large windows where you can admire views outside. The apartment also has access to a lovely 80m2 community terrace!

The kitchen is attached to the living area and is furnished white and modern alike the rest of the apartment. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own home-cooked meal.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has a single bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with plenty wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are furnished with an industrial style, giving them a vintage appearance.

The apartment has one bathroom, equipped with a shower and decorated with colourful tiles. The property is also equipped with both air conditioning and central heating to make it as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is based near to the Las Ramblas, one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. The apartment itself is located in the middle of a plethora of restaurants and bars. The incredible Plaza de Cataluyna, one of the most central areas in Barcelona, is only a 14 minute walk away. The apartment is also located right next to the Sant Antoni metro station, meaning you have constant access to the rest of Barcelona city.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city´s main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it´s recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. Additionally, due to its central location and high tourist influx, Raval can be somewhat noisy and busy, particularly on some of its main streets.

Despite these aspects, Raval offers an authentic experience in one of Barcelona´s most bustling neighbourhoods. Moreover, you´ll be close to iconic places like Mercat de la Boqueria and Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you can purchase fresh and local products. If you are looking for a central and diverse location, Raval could be a suitable option, as long as you take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
