This nice 2-bedroom apartment is located in quiet area of Sant Andreu, just North of Barcelona. It is completely renovated and is the perfect place to spend a few months away from the hustle and bustle of the city.The property has WiFi connection available, air conditioning, and a large 40-meter private terrace with completely unobstructed views.

The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of the utensils and appliances available.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with natural light and storage available so that you can make yourself at home. In addition, there is one bathroom complete with shower and toilet.

There is a private terrace of 40 m2 with completely unobstructed views of our beautiful city. This space has an awning and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax and immerse yourself in your surroundings.

The apartment is well connected, close to the metro, train and bus with connections to the city center. The iconic Sagrada Familia, for example, is just 17 minutes away from the apartment via public transport. The apartment is located on a commercial street, so there is plenty to explore. District

The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.

Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.

Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions.
