This 3 bedroom duplex apartment is located in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, a tranquil area which is free from traffic or noise and is conveniently located close to the Besòs River. With WiFi connection available and ducted air conditioning, it is the ideal place to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The property offers ample space for relaxation, as it features two lovely living rooms on each floor, both of which are equipped with a sofa, TV and dining table.

With regards to cooking in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 3 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings, and two of which have access to the private terrace. Although the apartment has ducted air conditioning for your comfort, each room is also equipped with ceiling fans, giving you the ability to adjust the speed according to your preference. Furthermore, there are two full bathrooms in the apartment, one on each floor.

Additionally, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you will have access to a gym room with machines, as well as a private ping-pong room. The gym is located in the building at C/ Àngel Guimerà, 38, down the stairs on the ground floor. Access hours for the gym are from 08:00 a.m to 09:00 p.m
