With WiFi connection and available air conditioning, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay near the sea and the city of Barcelona. NOTE: This property is also for sale.

The open-plan living-dining room features a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table. Next to this space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. From the living room, you will have access to the spacious private terrace of 20m², where you can enjoy lovely sea views.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space to store all your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds, both rooms with a TV. Both bedrooms are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.

The building features 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with access for people with disabilities, and another for children, along with a playground, ideal for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 200 meters from Platja de la Mora, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There is also a gym 300 meters from the apartment and a bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach the center of Badalona in no time. With the Rodalies train (R1) or the bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal choice for daily commuting.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
